PR measurement & evaluation
Noble Ink has specialised in advising on measuring and evaluating public relations for more than 20 years. While this can be through the provision of training courses, a more hands-on relationship is frequently more appropriate. Noble Ink has both helped PR consultancies develop proprietary approaches to evaluation, as well as working with in-house teams to apply best practice in measurement and evaluation to their contexts.
Public relations has long found proving its worth a challenging and complex task. While there are no simple solutions to complex problems, Noble Ink is involved in efforts to meet this challenge (through leadership of AMEC’s online college) which are now having an impact. So we are able to apply current best practice to help PR and communications professionals demonstrate accountability and improve effectiveness.
